1. WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND SUPPORT A SISTA?
The 'Support A Sista' campaign was founded by YouTuber Toni Daley. She noticed the lack of support for Black-owned businesses, so she started her first Sista owned haul in 2011 and built a website, featuring various Black Owned businesses. The campaign is a call to action to encourage women to shop more Black-Owned.


2. WHAT PRODUCTS ARE IN THE SUPPORTASISTA (SAS) BI-MONTHLY BOX?
The SAS Box features Black Owned products in various industries mostly in beauty, fashion, hair care, cosmetics, and accessories. In addition, the bi-monthly model is strategically put in place to allow you enough time to try out each of the products.


3. HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHICH PRODUCTS ARE FEATURED IN THE BOX?
We discover various Black Owned businesses through local events, social media, and word-of-mouth. If you are a Black Owned business that is interested in being featured in our box, please reach out to us at hello@supportasistabox.com


4. WHEN IS THE SAS BOX SHIPPED?
Our SAS Box is available only on the even-numbered months of the calendar year (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec). They are sent within the first couple days of the even-numbered months which means subscribers like yourself can expect to receive the boxes during the middle of the month.


5. HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

6. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may cancel your subscription membership at any time by emailing our Client Services at hello@supportasistabox.com.


7. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Our boxes are created in limited amounts so we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
